I had sort of an epiphany today....one that is going to take everything in me to remember on a daily basis: you CANNOT be EVERYTHING to EVERYONE. Not everyone is going to value you as much as you want them to. You're not going to be everyone's best friend, even though you may want to be. The important thing is to surround yourself with a tribe that is fiercely loyal, loves you despite your faults, and supports you during the good and the bad.
I am so lucky to have an amazing tribe.
